Easy to work with and kind and friendly

Well Dennis was the best. We don’t live in the area. He checked on the property. We feel he listed the property at the right price. Didn’t get offers at first but you want to see if the buyers will bite. We lowered it a little and the offers came in.Took care of some minor repairs for us so the house could be shown that much quicker. Explained the process to us. When offers were coming in he explained how much money we would be getting. Always available by text or email. Even though he was the broker he still let us make decisions and be the boss.
